This is the worst salon I have ever been. I did my gel manicure last week and in 5 days I lost the color on my nails. It started peeling off. Spend $35 and tip was wasted.

The worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had! Service was terrible! I walked out, before the manicurist even finished (of course I paid but no tip). He couldn't get my red nail polish off my toe nails and complained (it was just 1 coat and no one else EVER had a problem with removing said nail polish color). I asked for a french and he was completely put out - I had to say, "you don't mind, do you?" Now I have a french pedicure with remnants of red nail polish and the white is already coming off (24 hours later).
I called today and asked for a Manager or Owner. The response was "Oh dunno, me just a worker, maybe 2 days".
I then retorted, "can I get his or her name?"
"Oh what for you want?" she asked
"Can you please give me the name of your Manager?" I begged
Playing what I would call 'dumb' she said "Oh I don't know, I just a whoorker"
I don't know what was more frustrating the experience yesterday or the telephone 'conversation' today.
Please listen to the reviews, I ignored them thinking someone just had a bad day but they are real! Don't go there! There's another place that's fantastic midway down the island.
I am out $49 for a half-done manicure and a cheesy pedicure!...and no Manager to talk to.

Fabulous mani and pedi and amazing massages and facials!! Love this place!!!

I don't know what everyone else is talking about. The guy is pretty great.
