Had to wait for quite a while because they only had two employees. Then the next day I ended up with infected toes on both feet.

Went at 10 min after 6pm to get a polish change. Lady said "we close not listening only wanted polish change. Very rude I see they have bad rating they gonna loose their business if they don't improve there attitude.

Was going there for couple years with no problem. Sent my daughter to get nails and gramdchild to get pedicure. She showed the man a pic of how she wamted them and he did not do it she asked to have them redone so he wanted to charge her for the nails he messed up and to take them off and to put the right ones on. Then he got an attitude and told her to get her child and get th f___ out. He did not do any thing but cut the childs nails and charged for a full pedicure. After the way he treated my family I wont go back.

I have been going here for years. They are very nice and does excellent work.

I have been to this nail salon for a number of years and never really had any problems. My daughter went there the other day and was not happy with her nails. She asked if she could pay the $10 to just have them removed. They refused. At this point my daughter called her Dad to come to the shop since she is only 17 and wasn't sure what to do. They refused to take the nails off, said they didn't want her back in their shop. My husband pointed to their posted customer service satisfaction guarantee but they didn't care. He paid them for the nails that were cut so short you couldn't even tell she had had nails done. They were very rude and not willing to correct their mistake. Needless to say they have lost my families business.
