Rude, dirty, sloppy work:
The people that work here are not friendly or nice in any way. I got a simple pedicure and manicure and the woman did a sloppy job. You can see the first coat of paint clearly because they did such a sloppy job painting my nails. The second coat of paint is not clearly done. The whole place was dirty. The light bulbs were burnt out in the nail dryer and my mother’s nails ended up getting messed up because of this even though we waited over 20 minutes. The ladies here also stand over you while you write them a tip this happened to me and my sister. I will never go back.

I have been before and had been pleased with my experience but most recently I had made 2 appointments and still waited an hour for someone to start on the second person in my group with no communication about the wait. When I brought this to the staff’s attention that we had been waiting for 30 minutes, they said someone would be right over and we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. We should have left but thinking someone would be coming, we stuck it out. The painting was rushed, polish was old, and I’m left with nails that I’ll need to repaint before the wedding I’m attending this weekend. Overall, a disappointing experience.

My friend and I went for mane/pedicures and we were given our own private room. It was beyond SPECTACULAR!! Jennifer and Mindy were so attentive and did not Rush!! It was pure luxury. We have gone to salons all over the world and these gals were the best. Truly.
