I love this nail shop! Tina, Tammy, Linda & Kim are great... the guys too! They always try to take good care of me whenever I come in. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they do a great job!

I went for an emergency fill in bc I’m not near where I usually go. I got a fill and a polish change on my toes. My nail tech didn’t fully paint the crevices of my nails, you can still see the neon color from my last set. The Fill in was kind of sloppy, the acrylic and gel dried over my cuticles so I’m sure I’ll be seeing some lifting in a few days.. Gel chipped off of my thumb THE NIGHT OF after my fill in (mind you there is a $15 upcharge for gel, I usually pay $10 at my home salon). While I was getting my service done, I also overheard other customers telling my tech and other employees how their nail techs were being rude to them. My tech was nice, even though she had her moments where she would get snappy if I didn’t fully hold my hand up to a fan or something. That was my experience, I wouldn’t go back again. Mai did my nails.

I'm new to Charlotte so I decided to check this nail salon out. They did a good job, but one day I went in to get my little cousin nails done and the customer service was very poor. I asked one person a question and they all answered except for one with attitudes and I believe it was because they didn't quite understand me. It became a back and forth and then they begin to speak in their language with unpleasant facial expressions so I left. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON.
