I normally go to oasis nails very close to this place, but I normally have a problem with their customer service skills & they have cut me when getting a pedicure many times...most places I have gone are like that but not here!! They were so kind! I showed my nail tech pictures of different ideas and she was patient when she helped me narrow it down to the stuff that she would be able to do perfectly! She didn’t cut me or hurt me at while filing/cutting down cuticles! She was so so so kind and when I asked her to do something that even though she said it wouldn’t look right, she still did it and she was correct and didn’t have a problem at all redoing it! It also had started snowing really bad and my Uber was only 5 minutes away but they were closing and she said she didn’t want me to have to wait outside so cancel my Uber and she would give me a ride!!! Then she wouldn’t take the extra tip for the ride! I’ve honestly NEVER had such a good experience! I will never go anywhere else ever again honestly! I forgot to ask for her name but I am calling Monday to try and find out so i could edit and add her name and so I can make appointments with her from now on! Best experience ever! I am so happy!

After leaving the shop, I was pleased with my dip manicure and regular pedicure. However, within less than 24 hours my thumb nail chipped. So I come back the next day to get it fixed. Within 24 hours, another nail breaks and within 4 days, 6 of my 10 fingers have chip or break in them. And my pedicure chipped within 2 days. I will absolutely not be coming back because obviously the products they use are cheap and a waste of time and money

I like going there. The staff are nice but at times they are talking in their language for long periods of time and I tend to become 'paranoid about their conversations. I do like how my nails look when done and I get lots of compliments.

Elena was amazing, did Olive's; my little girls first haircut and the stylist was amazing. If you have little ones or just need a cut ✂️ stop in and ask for Elena 👍.

Have gone many times and enough is enough I believe only 2 nail techs in the shop do a good job( YAN #4 AND ERIC) the others will leave you looking bogus & Make you pay for a service acting like what your complaining about is irrevalent (the eldest woman ) should honestly reconsider re training - not to be rude but only makes sense when you come in looking to get good nail service and are mandatory placed with her not knowing any better. Twice i have asked for someone else shortly after her beggining, due to her hurting my fingers with drill or messy nail paint. They over charge all the time specially since the work is not all that. They dont care anyway and that is a shame because its our clientel keeping them going.
