My nails looked nice but it was really expensive for something so simple. The lady doing my nails was switching between multiple clients and barely even acknowledged me. It felt very awkward. She then had one of her friends come sit beside me and they chatted about their whole day while still ignoring me. Even with nice nails I'd prefer to go somewhere more friendly.

Very limited selection of regular nail polish and most of what was available was so old it wasn't even usable. I felt extremely pressured to have more done than what I wanted (I was on a budget with a gift card). Was made to feel like carp for only wanting a basic manicure. I had a 4:30 appointment and wasn't called back until after 5pm...they didn't seem to care and offered no apology. The lady forgot my top coat causing my polish to literally run off my nails. Was told just to wait under light longer...20 minutes later no change. Finally they called my lady over and realized she never put top coat on. This is after she tried.to blame it on the fact that my nails were short (ummm nope). The lady was also on phone when I came back from washing my hands and she stayed on her phone for probably 10 minutes after I came back before acknowledging I was. Extremely dissatisfied that something that was supposed to be relaxing turned out to be a horrible experience. The lady beside me said they are running late all the time. Another lady just wanted simple snowflakes on her nails and was passed around to 3 different staff members and forced to wait each time. Also, gift certificates are only good for a year...only reason I didn't get up and leave was because it was expiring.

I always have a good experience going here! My nails always look really good! These are the ones feom today and i love them!

Very expensive but Phil did a great job on my nails. He hand painted snow flakes and they turned out so good. He was talkative but not annoyingly so and he was friendly. The receptionist was friendly as well. My experience overall was a good one. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because it cost me 85$ with a tip. I tipped 15$. I've never paid 70$ for nails in my life. I think the most I've ever paid was 40$. So other than the pricing, I'm happy with what I received.

This place truly is 5 star, the guy that did my nails did a very beautiful job.
