I have had good experiences here in the past, but will no longer be a customer. I was greeted and placed in a pedicure chair with my feet in water fairly quickly. I never thought to ask how long it would be, but have definitely waited like this for up to 25 minutes in nail salons before so didn't think anything of it. I decided to walk out 50 minutes later. My feet were itchy from sitting in tepid water for that long, and quite frankly I wasn't really acknowledged at all past putting more water (because yes, it got cold) in 45 minutes later. A simple, "it will be a few minutes thank you for your patience" would have been enough. Poor customer service and I am an unhappy, unpolished camper right now.

I will never go back here, the guy that did my nails was rude and very impatient. he cut my fingers like 5 times, he didnt fit the nail tips before glueing them on so all of the nails are different sizes, he charged me 35$ for a normal length full set and the sign says 20$ also He didnt even put a top coat of polish on my nails so I told him and he argued with me about it, very bad customer service, he did not appreciate my business, I see why this place was empty the entire time I was there. if you have to go here dont let the man do your nails!! Worst experience ever!!
