This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon I have ever visited. John is rude and dismissive; he was running 45 minutes late for a scheduled appointment and when I asked him how much longer, he said I can stay or go, he doesn't care. I asked if I had enough time to run out and come back, as I saw this was taking longer than I expected. Then he proceeded to tell me, if I stay, he doesn't want me asking any more questions or talking, and I should just go because he is late and would take another client before me, and their appointment time was AFTER mine. Don't waste time or money here. Your time is not valued nor is respect given to a paying customer. Time wasted 🗑

I asked for a simple gel pedicure and the nail tech painted on my skin so two toes already peeled off within 2 hours. The cuticles were all flooded so they’re not gonna last past this week. This was not worth the $40+$10 tip. The good thing is that they were nice but the pedicure was not good.
Update less than 1 day after: 5 peeled off without me even picking them.

John is the owner and he is the most rude and arrogant person I have encountered in a long time. I could go on forever about the lack of customer service, unprofessional attitude and poor products that are being used. The gel manicure chipped two days after getting it done and he refused to fix it, saying it was my fault and to go somewhere else...not to bother him before he has to tell me off. Wow...never again. I'll take my hard earned dollars somewhere in the community that values my presence and patronage. Run, don't wall from this place!
