Extremely poor client service. I made an appointment just to have the owner call me later trying to re-schedule it per her convenience. She had not spoken with the staff member who made the appointment. She then passed me onto a third person (instead of talking to the staff member who made he appointment) who was clearly not invested in client care. They asked me questions like was I serious about the appointment and why had I only made the appointment now! Seriously?! So unprofessional! The owner herself is rude and even hung up the phone when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way this was being addressed! I will never go here. They are clearly not interested in clients.

Have been going here for over 20 years and never disappointed!!! A fabulous salon for cuts, color, styling, makeup, and nails!!

Recently took my daughter to After Image for a cut & brow shaping. It was our first time there. The salon was chic and modern. The staff was friendly and stylish. Bert was her stylist. My daughter is very picky about who does her hair and had never really been thrilled with any salon experience before. She immediately loved Bert!! He did a great job with the cut/style & waxed her brows without her freaking out! That's a big deal since we've been trying to get her brows shaped for over a year. But, she never felt comfortable with anyone to trust them enough to do it. The price was right in line with other high end salons in the area. We were in and out in less time than expected. Bert gave us his full attention the whole time. On our way out my daughter asked me when she could come back again. So, we will definitely be going back to After Image and Bert very soon!! Give them a try and be sure to ask for Bert!!!

After Image is the best!
I've been getting my hair cut by Kelly for many years and she always makes me look great. She and her staff are very friendly and talented, and I know them all by name. The salon is warm and relaxing and I especially love the art and decor. If you're looking for a great salon, I highly recommend After Image. Thank you Kelly!

Bert Krebs is a W O N D E R F U L stylist. His haircuts are awesome! He R E A L L Y L I S T E N S. What you ask for is what you get! He is super friendly and it is clear to see that he wants you happy and looking good. I recommend him highly. You will not be disappointed. So happy I found him.
Kelly is one of the best colorists in our area. I have seen her work for years. She used to color my hair until I went natural. My eye is super sensitive and I must say, no one gets out of her chair without the color looking fantastic. She creates beautiful tones that really flatter each and every person she touches. She brings out the best in her clients.
The salon is warm and inviting. Love it!
