One star for getting me & my 3 girls in on a days notice & for them all leaving the salon happy. On another note, I was thinking, how could she have gotten mine all wrong, even with a picture of exactly what I wanted. I said trim, she cut off inches, wanted heavy & chunky blonde streaks, got thin, light streaks. Specifically said bangs that hung over the right side of my forehead to help cover my skin cancer. I got a trim in the front, no bangs & a style that was parted on the side I wanted covered. That's 4 big fat stars this salon isn't getting from me.
