Disappointed. After 8 sessions and lots of money paid, hair is still very visible around my neck line. I went back for a second opinion and they told me I need more treatments and need to wait for the winter for my skin to turn lighter. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this.
Ok on not everyone responds to same treatment. Why don’t you tell us that upfront? And why is it ok for you to collet $100’s of dollars, and do not issue additional free treatments?

The people are really nice - so two stars for that... and now with that said, the laser hair removal results did not last for me. Spent around $600+ (on only one SMALL area) and I still am plucking about as much hair as before! I went 4 times, (the suggested amount is 4-6) but when you are spending that kind of money, you don't want to keep it up if its not working! Disappointing!

I have had wonderful experiences and results from the Med Spa at Lake Norman. The staff was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I have had laser hair removal with great results! By far my favorite service so far has been the Hydra Facial. I have had it twice and Ladies the results are amazing! I couldn't believe the compliments I got afterwards! I have been very pleased with my experience's and I recommend the Med Spa to all of my friends.

My experience has been an exceptional one. They explained the treatments and what I could expect to see for results. My results have been wonderful! I went for facial hair removal using their Laser Hair removal service and under arm hair removal. So Grateful for this! Thanks Ladies!
