Hey for $20 for a facial it's a good deal. They do a really good job and the techs are very polite when I have gone. The only reason they got a 4 is because I have had them cancel or reschedule my appointments with little notice. So far I have always been able to get in on a Saturday with no problem unlike some of the other schools around town.

This school was founded upon good intentions;however, it has frequently missed the mark. The heart of the school-the students endure a depleted spirit, cold corporate mindset, and broken promises.Despite the hand has been dealt and a few bad apples, the students and instructors continue to perform with pride and professionalism that is the backbone of the beauty and wellness industry.
When looking at a school, be prepared to ask the institution about student attrition rates. Also ask about employee satisfaction and faculty turn-over. Lastly, inquire about the frequency that the administration and facility owner interact with the student body. Are issues addressed promptly? How well does the owner know their customer base( i.e. the student)?
Disappointed.

It was hard to locate the school being so far in the back. I made a hair appointment to have a cut and style for a Saturday afternoon. The school was pretty empty and unfortunately the receptionist booked me with a student that was on a time limit. I wasn't impressed with being rushed. The student was halfway done with my hair cut, then she had to leave so anther student took over to finish. By the time she finished my hair was worse then when I walked in. Not to mention the student who took over was a complete slob. Why would a school book a student who has to leave early? I also over heard a student and instructor's conversation about a women's pedicure with a fungus on the client. The instructor advised the student to go ahead and finish what was started! By the time I was finished I realised why it was empty. Save your few bucks and go to Aveda or a regular salon.

Love the students they are amazing...As far as corporate office let's just say needs improvement for sure

i am a student attending school here where my mother (charla spivey) use to be the dean until she was terminated because she was threatened by another student i feel that the director mrs. burassa (or how ever you spell it) is a sorry excuse for a director because nothing is going right at the school. i love the pivot point curriculum but i feel mrs. martin the president needs to be more apart of whats going on with the financial aid system and where the money goes. overall i would not suggest any one to attend this school unless you love pivot point.
