Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment, to only get a voicemail box that was not set up, so I couldn't leave a message. So I drove 20 plus miles from my house to their nail shop, to be asked by one of the nail techs to come back another time. They didn't even offer to help make me an appt before I left, so I had no guarantee that when I returned that they could fit me in. I told them I called to set an appt, but they didn't respond. I was embarrased in front of thier other customers and I wasted my time driving all the way there for nothing. I will never come back here.

Amazing place! I just moved to LA and I'm so glad I tried my luck with Zen's nail spa. Roberston Ave is full of nail spas and I just wasn't sure which one to go to. I saw great reviews for this place and I'm so glad I picked it! I didn't know I needed an appointment for a mani pedi but they still accommodated me. They are very friendly, courteous, and most importantly great at giving excellent mani pedis! I had Tina and she was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle but also very thorough. They have a wide variety of nail brands and colors to choose from. The place was very clean. I'm very happy I found this place and it'll definitely be my regular go-to nail spa!
