Absolutely love them. Lee has been doing my hair for almost a decade, and Diane is amazing to my nails. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in WNY for my hair or nails.

Karen rob was doing my highlights and low lights for few months. She done great job first few times but then it was like she forgotten how to do hair. While doing my hair I told her add less dark . That will be way to much dark. She said the way shes doing it itll fall nicely wont look as thick wont show as much as I think... She over fried my hair took all my blonde that took forever to get to. WHILE UNDER THE DRYER SHE CAME OVER APPLIED SOMETHING TO MY HAIR. NOTE I have highlights and low lights. How does she know where what she adding it to.... PLUS U HAVE ME UNDER THE DRYER WHY ADD MORE IN IT. UR FRYING MY HAIR.... It was way worse than the pics. I had to go to the salon few times to get it fixed and spend more money... my bangs fell broke right off. While doing my hair she was saying how long it took to get my hair the color I liked. I think honestly she done it on purpose...Then it was just ruined in many ways not just one... The other salon told me she did everything backwards added the dark in the wrong time. It bled all over. Before and after pic underneath theres more bangs that short. Oh yea a different time before she really messed up my hair I told her not to cut my hair she wouldn't stop asking me. Just a trim she said. She cut it.. usually she charges decent amount but the last time I went to her she messed up and knew it and over charged me... not cool worst salon ever!!
