Buyers fees are ridiculous. Highest fees compared to any other auction in the US. Office staff has horrible attitude every week. Screw this place.

This place is a scam. Titlemax had my truck towed here for storage. They are illegally holding my truck. I paid $900 to have it released to me, showed them the vehicle release form and my title and they told me no, “you have to make an appointment to get your vehicle back” this was on a Friday, they said the soonest I could get it back is Tuesday! Why? Because they wanted to take pictures of the truck before releasing it to me. They won’t give me my truck back even tho I legally own it and paid all fees.

If you're a transporter, just know the forklift operator and security guard are pretty easy to deal with, office staff were pleasant.
