I used to go here all the time because they're open on Sundays when my normal place was not. The last time I've been here was in July my nails were pretty and the service appeared to be good but then I end up getting a really nasty infection due to them using dirty tools and my nail turn black fell off and my finger swelled up the size of balloon and leaks pus for 3 weeks I had it up going to the hospital and having my labor induced because I had an infection I'll never go here again please pay attention to what they do they do not sterilize their equipment they use the same exact equipment on every single customer the same cuticle cutter on every customer the same file on every customer they don't even spray any type of alcohol or anything on it to disinfect it they also take the sandals off of your feet and reuse them for the next person which is disgusting I will never go here again

Nancy did a really good job on my nails....me being new to the stl ive had bad experiences and this was the best so far...i think i found my nail home 😍😍

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY..my name is mescha ross..i was a paying customer until i got off from work today..my tech nancy was not there today. A caucasian girl who has the same nail tech as i do came in AFTER me and told them she couldnt wait on nancy or come back tomorrow she slid past me and sat down and then one of the techs said the other girl doesnt want to do your nails. I asked her why im just like the other customer i cant wait until tomorrow either. She told me no again and told me i had to wait and get out. After she said that i was pissed off I have never missed an appointment,never treated the staff bad but i will NEVER step foot back in this place i should have never taken a break from MISS TINA AT NAIL TRAP...the drive is just so far from hampton area. I will go back there though.

The only complaint I have is that I found them 2 months before I was moving. I love it here! My eyebrows always look amazing and the customer service is great, even during long wait times.
