Was appalled that the customer service manager called over and reprimanded the cashier in front of the customer. The customer was attempting to help the cashier and the cashier did not have time to call the customer service rep. Ill mannered service manager who then started ti disrespect the customer who attempted to explain it was not the cashiers fault. Kudos to casheir Randy!
