This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The man that did my nails cut me multiple times on the side of my nails. He also completely separated my skin in between the back of my nail and skin. Not to mention did the opposite of what I wanted. $70 wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

My daughters and I went to get our nails done. We got there right at 10 am but ended up not leaving until after 2pm. I understand that there was a party in front of us with an appointment, that’s fine. I just felt that the time was not managed well amongst the employees. I received a pedicure deluxe and had a truly wonderful experience. Unfortunately on the other hand my daughters (aged 9 and 10) received gel manicures each that were… less than exceptional. The man doing their nails spent more time texting and calling on his phone than doing their nails. It’s also looked like he just gobbled on the polish simply because they were kids. He was very inattentive and completely distracted by his phone, which was also playing extremely loud music in between calls. I’m not entirely sure which technician it was, but we visited on 9/21/24 and he was wearing an orange shirt and stationed closest to the door at the nail bar. I definitely do not recommend going here if you want to bring your daughters for a mother daughter date. If you don’t want to work with children, simply say so and remove the options from your menus.

Beware! This is the first and last time I will ever visit this salon. I get my nails done regularly and know what to expect. This was far from relaxing and was a painful experience that I wish to forget. I asked to have my dip polish filled in and my long nails trimmed a little. The man used cuticle cutters and a fake nail and PRIED my dip polish off. It was really painful and I should have said something but I have severe anxiety so I endured the torture. He ended up cutting my thumb and instead of trimming my nails he cut them into the quick. Two days later my cuticles are bleeding. I did call back and speak to the manager and ask for a refund. I was given a refund but I will never step foot in this salon again.

I’m not the type of person who leaves reviews, especially bad ones… I went to get a gel polish removed on my natural nails yesterday. I was told to sit down with one lady so I did. I’m looking at the colors and I’m rudely told to move to this other lady, so I did. I picked the color I wanted and I told her I wanted them short. She argued that they would look better long. She didn’t cut them short or use the color I had asked for. She painted them black and silver and what I had asked for was a shimmery silver. Also when she was removing the gel color she burned my nails so bad with the tool she used. She also made my cuticles bleed and my nails are not even. On some of my nails the polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail.
