Horrible Attitude/Customer Service/NAIL SET Do yourself a Favor and keep looking for another nail shop. We cannot let people own a business in the community and treat the very same community like 'ish. We as people should expect more. I believe If you don't deliver the product as expected, you fix it or forfeit payment. You look silly Arguing with the customer.

Nail techs more concerned with conversation then doing their jobs correctly. Then when mistakes are pointed out it seems that's when the rude behavior begins. Told the tech he missed a spot while polishing my nails was told oh well and couldn't even get the design to match SMH never again

Service is great depending on the day of the person doing your nails. Sad but true. Their ONLY concern is the money. They never was rude to me.. Outspoken owners and workers though.

Bad service from OWNER .I asked for a specific style she didn't understand and I was trying to explain the style i wanted NICELY AND SHE STILL got upset and cut my nails and refused futher service even after I told her it was okay just do what ever she could

MY SPOT...MANAGER, YOUNG GIRL AND YOUNG GUYS DO BEST JOB...I LOVE OLDER PEOPLE BUT THEY DON'T DO AS GOOD OF A JOB (I'M JUST SAYING]
