Today was my first time in and I’m so happy I decided to come to this salon. My manicure and pedicure were great. I’ll definitely be back.

Daughter and I got French tips, mine were dips and hers are acrylics. Mine are ok, I'm just not a French tip person, I guess. Hers look absolutely ridiculous though - a tiny sliver of pink then white that starts 3/4 of the way down the nail bed. Will never come back to this place

Edit: I can’t respond to the owners comment, but this was in fact at the Overland Park location off 95th next to Hobby Lobby.
I used to come here a lot, but haven’t been in about six months. I made an appointment for a full set last Friday. Some young girl, whom I don’t remember being there before, did my nails. She was super nice and conversational, but the quality of work was horrible. My nails are not even, my right hand is significantly longer than the left. She cut me multiple times and would just be like “oops, I’m going too fast.” I was actually bleeding on three different fingers from her not paying attention and talking to others. She completely rushed the whole process. Usually, the nail techs will separate your nail and the skin when glueing on acrylics, but she didn’t do that either. My fingertips have been so sore the whole weekend from them being superglued. In addition to this, apparently the only girl able to do waxing was the one doing my nails, so I had to continuously wait while she got up to help walk ins. I understand they take walk ins, but it’s obnoxious that I made an appointment and still wasn’t treated as a priority... when other workers were sitting around. Finally, my thumb had a chip in it before I even got home. I had reservations that night that I was already running late for since this took longer than expected, otherwise I would’ve went back to have them fixed, but I also didn’t have confidence that they could do much better. I will be going somewhere else. I will not be going back here... quality is not worth the price.

The staff here was very friendly - but the quality of service was not good. My pedicure and manicure were sloppy. My sister got her nails dipped - the color was incorrect - the finish translucent enough that you could see her original nail through it - and there were black specks in the pink. The salon did issue a refund, but we had to wait another 45 min for them to remove her nail finish. It was a long visit with frustrating results... the saving grace were the nice people.
