Went into this salon the day before Christmas because it was open unlike some others.
1) The person that did my nails was using dirty gloves. The latex gloves were ALREADY used and yellowed when he took my hands to work.
2) A SINGLE paper towel was used to do my nails. No blue towel. Cold formica and a single paper towel that got dirty and was still used to wipe my nails. I could continue, but I give Superstar nails one star because it was at least quick.

Rarely a long wait for pedicures or manicures. They do a great job when i request special designs.

Friendly, reasonably priced, and I'm always seen within about 10 minutes despite always doing walk-in appointments. I've only had basic pedis and brow waxings here so can't comment on other services, but the ones I've had have been solid and consistent.

It was my first time here. I had a pedicure and start to finish was 20 minutes. The technician drew blood as he cut my nails and cuticles. The massage lasted 2 minutes total...for both legs. I’m sure one can find a better quality pedicure in Austin.
