My friend and I went to get our nails done and wanted to get something nice and simple. Both of us experienced poor quality work. She got acrylics and the minute they were done it looked like she needed a fill. There was no prep work done to her nails beforehand, no cutting of the nails, filing, pushing the cuticle, etc. For me, I showed the lady something simple to do with gel, it was a nude color and one nail was supposed to have a cute print, (I will add a picture of what I asked for) she told me she couldn’t do that and did something that I could’ve done at home instead. We were both very dissatisfied with the service AND they had a bunch of kids there without masks as if we weren’t in a pandemic.

Every time I come in here I love my nails. Tina always does a great job no matter what I ask for. I have been coming here for years and recommend this place highly.

I went in on Sunday and of course they are busy but they have absolutely no organization. I was skipped over multiple times and when she finally took everyone that came in after me it was my turn. I asked for a fill and she did not take the time to buff down the acrylic on the edges or the top. My nails look like a cactus! She got polish and acrylic all over my hands and didn’t bother to even have me wash my hands before the polish my thumb nail looks like a jagged arrow. She was on her phone the whole 20 minutes she took ruining my nails. I will never ever go back there again a 30$ fill that is worth 3 $. My niece does a better job. This place used to be better but now it’s gone down hill horrible service horrible horrible nail job! I would take a look in the tub you put your feet in aswell they did not clean them in between the customers they rinsed them with regular water and on to the next no soap no sterilization. Gross!

Moe is the absolute best! I love Pearl for my eyebrows. Great customer service and welcoming atmosphere.

Nail tech accidentally cut my rose gold anklet off, didn't repair or compensate. I loved that anklet
