Just got my nails done. Don't like it. Decided to check this place out because it was the only salon in the area that used the plastic liner for the pedicure tub. Made an appointment for 11:15am. Showed up at 11:09am. It was busy which made me feel good enough to think it was a popular place. They already had my station set up with the plastic liner. After I picked a color, I was told to go to my station and someone would be there shortly. 45mins later with wrinkly and over soaked feet, someone finally came. They did a good job of checking on me, but I only wanted to do my feet.
The pedicurist did my toes as I would normally get them done at a salon. I wasn't really paying attention - did not think I had to to cut my nails and smooth them. When it was time to paint, the paint job was bad. You can see that she didn't smooth my nails at all. The skin is visible underneath the polish and the paint job looks like my 12 year old niece did it at a sleepover party. I don't like it at all. After spending over 90minutes at the place, I didn't wanna redo anything. I paid and left. Of course I tipped, because I'm a classy lady and the lady worked on my toes. But needless to say, it was only $2.
I guess I'll have to keep doing my research to find a place that offers the plastic liners for the tubs. I had too many bad encounters with toenail infections from salons to start again. Hopefully I don't get anything even with the use of the liner. I have 3 stars because I'm rating on workmanship and wait time. The salon was clean and smelled nice. The staff were friendly. But I go to get my nails done, and I want them done beautifully. So that's why I gave my rating of 3 stars.

I decided to try this place because Kathy’s nails in worcester is a bit of a drive for me. I got my nails done here 5 days ago. They charged me $55 for my pedicure and $52 for my liquid gel manicure (no tips added just my own nails) and I must say it is the worst nail job I’ve ever had done. The polish on my feet chipped off the next day!! The man that did my liquid gel manicure did an awful job and it took him over an hour and a half!! Longest nail job I’ve ever had done.. he seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing at all, and by the way my nails came out it’s safe to say he definitely doesn’t! I wish there was a way to post pictures on these reviews THAT is how upset I am with this place. I was there for over 3 hrs. and couldn’t even get a decent job done. Needless to say I will NEVER be back here!! Overpriced for half assed work!

Worst establishment. The owner is loud and conducts in such high power ?!? . Walked to the back before seeing the “waxing” room as if someone had slept on it for weeks. I took a picture. Border health will love to see .

Newly remodeled, friendly atmosphere and take you without appointments ad long as you know there may be a wait. Most important, do an awesome job!!!

I went to get a full set of acrylics and the colors was good and they came out good, but I asked for three gems on my ring finger. The lady didn’t care and made a flower without my permission. For the one gem in the center she told me that there were only green and pink gems, while the silver ones was in her other hand. The overall quality of the nails are ok but the service was terrible.
