This place is awesome! Make an appointment and they are right on time, every time. I highly recommend. Julia does my nails and she is very particular and honest about whether I need a nail polish change or a full manicure. I do just regular nail polish, no acrylics or gel or anything.

I love Pro Nails! I am happy every time I leave there. Salon is very clean and everyone is friendly. I see Jasmine every time I go. She is amazing at designs.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday for a dip, and I cannot be any happier! Ryan did my nails, not only is he gentle and sweet, but he is very meticulous. He pays very close attention when he files your nails and overall just did an amazing job!. I will most definitely be back to see him 🤍

So I usually don't write reviews unless I have a really amazing experience or just a real bad one. I have been coming to this salon for almost 8 years and there have been times I have had so so experiences with the nail techs but my nails were fine or I feel I don't complain much about certain imperfections. However, today this time the nail tech I had (I recognize half the staff here cause I have been coming here for awhile but never asked for names cause Im not picky about who does my nails) well she filed my nails down really badly today! Like 4 of my nails hurt and 2 are so bad you can see my nail bed. I told her she filed them too much and she kept saying its cause my nails were too short. I usally dont ever say much but I was in pain. Ive been in pain all day!! I came here cause I had a birthday discount too. Its my birthday in 2 days and I waited to get a fresh dip for my birthday. Well now I have really filed down nails and they burn! She gave me a discount cause I was unhappy but honestly I didn't like that she said it's Im wrong cause my nails are short. Like she tried to say she had to file them that way cause my nails were short. I know Im not a nail tech but you can clearly see a big chunk of my nail is gone for 2 of them. I was really upset when I got home. They look uneven obviously too. Besides the pain. I felt my dip service felt rushed and this was the outcome. Since the pandemic I have tried a few different salons but still come here too. But Im just not going to come here anymore. I was not being a picky customer and I felt she didn't even admit it wasn't just me and my short nails. My nails were not even that short!! I have been running errands since this morning after my nails and got home and noticed they even look messy. I have not even cleaned them up. This is why I decided to write this review cause I'm just that upset and they hurt. Not even they look short or messy it's painful! Ive had shorter nails than this and they have never shaped my nails to have them filed off like this! She didn't even apologize. It was like cause since you aren't happy with your nails I can give you this discount. Like clearly this looks horrible! My fiancé and friends were horrified. This looks painful! This was a bad experience. I didn't enjoy this at all. I'm just not coming here again cause I felt not even heard.
