Staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely visit again. The manager was really nice. Definitely the best nail shop I have been to.

Worst place to go.....please don't go to this place. I was sooo unhappy. I asked for pedi.....they cleaned only my nails not my foot......did not even clean back of my foot......I will not even give one star. Stupid service......employees talk in the language you don't understand make fun and laugh at you. This was my first worst nail spa experience in USA....shame on you guys.

Awful customer service, awful pedicure, and they charge extra for certain polish! The manager hung up on me, yelled at me (she said she couldn't hear me so I began to talk louder, and she said I was yelling at her), all because her staff can't do a pedicure well. Specifically, they went very quickly removing callouses and didn't even get some places at all, and they didn't clean under the nails well. I asked her to match the polish I had, and she was way off, and then didn't change it when I politely mentioned it. We paid $71 plus tip (though not sure why we even tipped!) for two pedicures, and the products weren't in original containers, so who knows if they were legit. Before the manager hung up on me, she also said she didn't believe me and wanted to see the callouses that weren't removed! I will never go back and will tell everyone to avoid this place!

More like 2.5 stars. I come from Irvine, and when I'm in a pinch for time, I to go to this place because it's cheap. Service is typical compared to nail salons in the area.
If you make an appointment, come earlier than your appointment, especially during the weekends because you will still need to wait. Example: my appointment was at 11:45 am and now it's 12:10 and I'm still waiting. I'd still highly recommend an appointment on the weekend since it gets SUPER busy, and the wait would be much longer. Walk-ins are welcome, just based on your luck.
Quality is pretty consistent. I never ask for a particular girl; after trying multiple girls, they all seem to be pretty decent and consistent. The only difference is some will take longer than others.

Ok place to get nails done. A little too pricey for the work that they do.
