They are all really great, nice & helpful! Much cheaper than any nail salon I've been to but same quality if not better

I've coming here for years. The new owner is very nice. It's like a mom and pop spot. Very simple set up.

Owner and techs are nasty, leaves nails unfinished tells you to come in next day they must go home on time waste of money go else where

New level of stupidity i walked in for a filling only two people in there gettting a pedicure the guy just tells me i can’t do ur nails how are you in business and tell a customer i can’t do your nails and my nails are done basic. Will never walk in there again!!!

I've come here before to get mani and pedi and have had no problems really. When I would get gel manicures here they would chip off within the week though so I stopped going here for those. Well.. decided on a whim to get acrylic nails and they turned out horribly. I Told them very politely I wasn't happy with the nails and pointed out how the nails on my left hand were uneven to the right. The nails were way too square after I told him I did not want them that way.
Hence, I told them would pay for the pedicure I got but wanted to come back tomorrow to get the acrylics soaked off and pay for a regular manicure NOT the acrylic set (as again I wasn't happy with them).Well the man was extremely rude and even called me picky said I should have said something to him beforehand ... umm I'm going to a nail salon to be relaxed not to monitor you do your job. I noticed once I sat down for my pedicure how messed up the nails were. He was completely unapologetic and made everything feel as if it was my fault.
If they would have just been polite about the whole situation I would have returned as a customer since mistakes happen, but not anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere.
After stressful days working as a teacher I don't want to put up with this attitude in a place where I am going to try and pick myself up.
