Just called to try and get a quote for a few nail techs to come do manicures for an event I'm planning. Was laughed at and told that "they don't do that" and gave me such an attitude! Not sure why that question was laughable - but thanks for your lack of professionalism!!!!!!

The ladies are all phenomenal and extremely nice, Shawne is a stylist there and she does my hair and my brothers and we always love both the experience and the cut!

I went to one stylist who cut my hair far too short. I gave her two chances, even bringing a picture both times, but both times it took me months to grow out the horribly short cut. I tried another stylist and the first time went well. I took pictures and explained that I have thick, naturally wavy hair that I like to keep short, but not so short that the curl is cut out. I even showed her a cut and specifically stated that it was NOT what I wanted. She did a great job the first time, but a few days ago I went back and again I got a super short cut--in fact the cut I had told her I did not want the previous time! I communicated to keep the length below the ears, but after the cut there is no hair below the ears and my hair is so short I probably won't do anything but neck trims for the next 6 months while I grow it out. It's "go-home-and-cry-and-consider-buying-a-wig" awful. I've given several stylists there a chance because the location is so convenient, but at this point I have to assume they lack training and experience, and I won't be back. I know that thick, wavy hair can be a challenge to cut, but at an upscale salon I expect better-educated stylists who know what they are doing.

This past Saturday was my first experience with Gabby. She did an entire make-over on my style and color. I have not stopped smiling since sitting in her chair.
Her personality is precious and her talent/gift is amazing.
After she cut and colored my hair she made me keep my eyes closed when styling my hair.
When she finished she then said, "OK, now you can open your eyes".
When I did I broke into tears at the beautiful transformation she did to my hair.
I would recommend her to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!

The stylist cut my hair way too short, I asked for below shoulder length and thought I did a decent job of saying what i wanted, why would they cut so much above? I ended up feeling very uncomfortable. Luckily a stylist at the birkdale location did the same thing to me only worse and shorter, so I actually had experience in coping with it! Tears and anger. I suggest paying the higher price for senior stylists or just go somewhere else.
