I had a great experience with Oscar. He was very hospitable and welcoming. I felt at home getting my nails done here and you best believe I’ll be back. I’m very picky about where I go to get my nails done and was hesitant about trying this place out but after meeting Oscar my fears slowly started to go away. He made sure everything was on point. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and a great experience. I look forward to coming back here!

Attempted to go to this place about a year and a half ago. Went for a manicure and pedicure. An technician
did my manicure. And I was then tossed aside with no one telling me why my attendant was doing something else, on a whole different person. I was left to sit there, while obviously a more expensive appointment was taken care of. Very annoyed, I then stopped going there. After almost two years later I thought I would give this place one more try. I made an appointment with a technician I remembered. When I arrived the technician was working in someone else, my appointment was forgotten about. The owner told me it was his mistake. I liked the young girl who worked on me instead, so I took her card for future appointments. This morning I called at 9:35 am right after the salon opened to make an appointment for a manicure with the girl who did my nails last. The gentleman on the phone which I later found out was the genius of the owner, who does not know how to treat ALL who go there, and just CAN NOT get an appt. correct!! But owns a business!! He took my info for a 12:00pm appt. with the young lady I requested, repeated everything, including my name. When I walked into the salon at the time of my appt. the young lady was doing a pedicure, and told me she did not see an appt. for me on her page!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Three times! Three screw ups! This “Moran”of a business owner REALLY needs to learn how to run his business, and how to basically treat customers!
This place is a true WASTE OF TIME!!!

I found myself a new nail salon... Everyone here is so nice... Went in for Gel Tips and the Pedicure massage was AMAZING!!

Felt very rushed. The lady was very rough with my hands, kept pushing and pulling them the entire time. I kept trying to tell her that my middle finger nail was crooked and was nowhere near the same length as my other middle finger. Every time i spoke she would cut me off, telling me to wait. So at the end before she put the polish on, i told her once again the problem and she huffed and puffed because she had to fix it. In addition, they unfortunately don’t have their colors set up where you could actually see what it looks like on the nail, rather than the color of the bottle. So because of that, the color that is on my nails looks nothing like the color on the bottle.

I have been coming here for 10 years now, even as I moved to Jersey and salon ALWAYS delivers for me. I know people expect everyone to be in such chipper moods, but like EVERY employee, people have days so please give them a break. Oscar is the superstar that runs the show! He’s awesome and always has me cracking up! This place is a true gem with superb service and VERY reasonable prices. I got a fill-in and pedicure for $36! In my area in jersey that’s an easy $48+! Y’all DONT know until ya know!
