Elene's been doing my nails (on and off) since 2003, and she's literally NEVER disappointed me! There's pride in her work and it shows. I'm always satisfied with the quality of work she does. That's why even when I stray (for a quick fill), I always go back to her, and she is ends up fixing the cheap, quick crappy job from other tech nails.
