Quick with great quality. Fun shop with every color. As of June 2020, open with masks and appointments with deposit required. I'll not go to another shop again, each of my pic was done by a different person at the shop, they are all fantastic!

I have been going to this nail salon for over two years now and originally had found this place because I wanted a very particular difficult Halloween set and was recommended by a friend that this was the only shop in my area that could handle it and not only was she correct but it went above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for!! I have been coming back every single time for not only the incredible quality of their nails and the level of expertise and kindness they treat their customers with but especially after COVID-19 they have made sure the customers feel very well taken care of and that everyone in the shop is safe and leave with beautiful nails and a smile on their face. I recommend Gin because she's absolutely incredible but any of the nail technicians in the shop can take care of you and Tatiana their receptionist is such a delight every time I call for my appointment. You have to see for yourself the incredible and detailed designs these ladies do and especially if you love gem stones, they are absolutely breathtaking! If I could leave a 10 star review I absolutely would!

Have been a regular for well over a year now, but after my last visit I think I will have to start looking elsewhere. I had called two days in advance to make my appointment and told the woman on the phone specifically the design I wanted. Upon arriving at my appointment the nail tech told me she couldn’t do that design because she “don’t have time for that.” She was rude and unapologetic. At one point, completely ignored me when I asked a question. I told her that a nail tech at the same nail salon have done the exact same design for me a year before and had no problems. I had explained what I needed from them ahead of time. Them being busy or over scheduling is not my problem. I had tried to look past seeing them be rude to customers so often there because of how good of work they do, but I won’t take that BS myself

The salon is really cute, they do awesome work BUT the customer service is trash they are mad rude & not helpful at all. Beyond unprofessional. Chick at the front even joked about the negative comments made online about them. Never again will I spend my money here.
