Just left there. “Annie Tran” was the name on the receipt. I asked for an eyebrow waxed and they told me, annoyed, to sit and wait. The lady, assuming the one named in the receipt, called me to the back room. I told her my eyebrows so she did them, but then she applied wax to my lip telling me how it’s too long and rips the wax strip off. I was in shock. Then she proceeds to tell me how my skin was too dry. Very rude. And did not appreciate being conned out of an extra $10. Congratulations, you got your $20, but I will never return and encourage others not to as well.

When I first started coming here, I loved it. Then the last couple times I went in I was sat with the same woman. She did a poor job both times, but because it wasn't for a lack of effort but just a lack of talent I didn't say much. I came in today and asked for someone different. I was told the wait would be about 10 min. Shortly after, two other women came in, and my wait was bumped up to 45 min. When I expressed my frustration I was basically told too bad. Unacceptable, I won't be back.

These ladies are the best and you will not get a better pedi/mani for the price. Sometimes, they do get super busy and the wait is a bit longer, but they make it well worth it.

Best place to get your nails done in all of spokane! Fun people and great work! You want it done right? You want to have fun? You want a lovely atmosphere? You happy employees? You want people who want you to leave happy? This is the place for you!

Selena is probably the worst one there. She's always in this big hurry, leaves when you had an appt with her charges way too much for her sloppy work. Just go somewhere else.
