first time I went here, the results did not look like what I wanted and completely dried my hair. Second time, the results were completely opposite of what I wanted and dried my hair again! Let me tell you there will be no third time

My current hairstylist used to work at Regis, She is a nice person and very skillful as well . As a person of a minority race, her clients are mostly Chinese and she’s always booked because of her popularity. However, her coworkers felt salty bc the amount of clients my stylist has literally triples theirs, And my stylist sometimes feel excluded or offended when her coworkers make jokes like “why don’t you go back to work as an hairstylist in China.”
Right now she switched to a much better family own salon, so did all her clients.
Months ago, I went to regis asking for a male haircut and the answer I got was that they don’t offer it. After telling my current stylist this, she called BS.

Loved the way the girl did my hair. It involved chemicals and she listened and I love it.

This is an update of my previous review so i went on sunday wanted a chunky highlights came out with orange then on monday i went in to fix the orange came home with red yallow and gray then i was so upset that i called my sister to take me to her hairstyles Eastwood hair salon when they saw it it was even more upsetting they told me i had leopard patches on back of my hair and also they have to do color correction which will cost couple $100+ so i came back storming to the ragis and ask to speak to manager she wasnt there but when she got there she was so nice her name is Sum she listened to what i told her..that calm me down and told me that they will fix it today the lady who fixed my hair Lorna is the best hairstyles i have ever seen she is fast professional friendly im diffentaly going back to Lorna again.
