The coustumer is NOT always right.
I had initially gone to Luann's just to get a trim, as I hadn't gotten my hair cut since the last time I had a horrbile experience at a different salon about nine months ago. When I got home I noticed that my hair was immensely uneavn, one side was about an inch shorter than the other! Plus the dead spot on the back of my head was still there. So at that time I was thinking that maybe she was trying to give me side bangs since she had asked about them while I was there, however I never told her I wanted them, I called back to see if she was willing to fix this. I go back in and explain very nicly how it was uneavn and about the spot in the back, and instead of taking responsibility for it, she said "The reason it's so uneavn is because one side is thicker." Not to mention the woman who was next to us who worked there simply agreed instead of being a professional and saying there was something wrong. And she was very rude about having to cut the (clearly) dead spot in the back that she had missed before. When she finaly did cut the spot in the back she didn't fix the rest of my hair so it wouldn't look flat! It's been a few weeks now and one side if my hair is still shorter than the other.
Bottom line, I definitely won't be returning and I certainly wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
