The one lady who stepped in to file my nails was way too aggressive. I have several cuts from her vigorously filing away at my flesh. They also just pass tools around without cleaning or disinfecting them. The one woman from before was very rude to my sister the entire time. Will not return to this nail salon. Their children are really nice and professional tho 😂

My nail broke 3 days after getting them done. I tried them twice and my nail broke prematurely both times. The prices are great but not so much the service.

Customer service was the worst!!!! I was the very first customer in the salon to get a pedicure. As soon as other customers started coming in, I was being rushed. The nail tech whom was going to start doing my toes asked what color. When I showed her the design she stated she couldn’t do it. It was nothing but a bow with lines it. No one in the salon could do it.
You’re treated as a number and not a paying customer.

I dont know the first lady name but she does a really great job on shaping and smoothness of the nail. My only dislike was the fact I broke one so easily. Nails need to be stronger...

Told me ahead of time they could do Chrome nails and then painted my nails a complete different color that I did not ask for. And when I asked for a polish change or something that at least looked somewhat like my picture I was completely ignored. Never again
