Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair! I needed a full cut, color and highlight. She took her time and made sure I got exactly what I had asked for. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great job of toning and bleaching my hair. However... they pushed products on me the entire time I was getting my hair done. “They” meaning not only my beautician, but the others and even the receptionist- until even after I paid. I couldn’t even believe how bad it was. I’m used to other salons doing this , maybe twice- but here... I cannot even tell you how many times they tried after I said I already had it at home. I get that JCP is probably pushing numbers but geeze it made for a bad customer experience.

I have been twice now and Sarah takes care of my hair. She is the best. I won't go to anyone else.
