Revised review! First time was disappointing since they were closed (but it had said online they were open) — knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn’t have gotten in! They are very busy - definitely call for an appointment! And it’s worth it! I just enjoyed the best pedicure I’ve had in over ten years!
Another time they scooted me in for a quick polish change for only $8 (not gel). I will absolutely return :)

Skilled nail techs and very cleanly. More modern than your average nail salon too. Personable and friendly too.

I went to Fusion Nail Spa attempting to get a French manicure for my daughter around 7:30 p.m. Stating that I had the nastiest customer service at this nail salon would be a complete understatement. Upon walking in, my daughter and I were immediately greeted by a service rep stating that they were not taking anymore clients. In a state of confusion I asked "what time does your salon close?". The rep not only responding that they closed at 8:00 p.m. (which to me clearly shows that not only was the establishment still open, but that the nail techs were going to be there for another 30 minutes). I thanked the rep and left---only to go to be welcomed at Jennifer Nail Spa a few blocks away where there was only ONE nail technician AND she was able to service BOTH my daughter and I. I was so grateful that this woman serviced us- where she was that literally closing her doors within 10 minutes that I gave her a" nice beautiful tip" for going above and beyond in providing "Excellent" customer service to her clients.....Needless to say.....I will not waste my time in the future at a salon that does not want my business.
