I am so disappointed at the lack of professionalism that I had to write a review. Initially I was so happy to stumble upon a nail salon that was close by my new apartment. However today my technician that did my gel manicure was upset because I came back to have my polish fixed. It had smudged. I stayed under as as she recommended and unfortunately it didn’t dry. She was very rude by saying I already fixed you nail and then said with an attitude go wash your hands. She was the only young white woman working there and I tipped her $5 thinking she was nice. However when I returned, she was very unprofessional and it even caught the attention of other guest in ear shot. I would never return, very disappointing.

Lily & Alexis were super sweet! The host was also helpful. My gel pedicure turned out amazing. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I love it.

Unfortunately what they have listed on their services are NOT reflective. Poor, poor communication and when brought to the attention, management says the technicians are to tell you the services are different. What?! Not your materials which people quite literally pick which service they want? So you will pay $43 for a mediocre pedicure- and that’s being nice. Just pass. Would give 1 star but my nails are filed and painted, so something was accomplished.

Best set of nails I’ve ever gotten! Ask for Tim. I showed him a picture and he did the exact same thing. His attention to detail was on point. Awesome experience overall!

At first I got a negative feeling about the place due to the following: We called to make an appt for mani and pedi, and it was never mentioned that both can’t be done at the same time, which I think quite logical to mention for the customer so customer is aware that instead of 1 hour we are looking at 2 hours in your place. Once I brought it to the attention I got a bit of attitude from personnel, which wasn’t nice toward to the customer.
However I have to admit they do their job well. Pedi was really good and lady took care of feet like they were her own.
So yes we will be back , it’s just next time I’ll be more precaution about timing schedule.
