My dog’s haircut looks fine (a little uneven around his head and ears though..) and the groomer was friendly. However we drove an hour to have our dog groomed here (after having a really great experience at another Woof Gang and because we were able to get an apt here rather than have to leave him somewhere all day) and were told it would take 1.5-2 hrs. 4 HOURS LATER, our dog was finally ready. Our dog gets shaved at a groomer about 2 times a year and never ever has it taken that long. The manager, owner, or whatever he was, wasn’t all that concerned, apologized, and promised me “next time” would different 😑 Would not bring any dog of mine here again.

Great service. Told the owner we were having a birthday party for my puppy nephew and he suggested everything perfectly. My dogs had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cake and treats 🤗

We switched to this groomer to see other groomer options. We went to this location a couple of times. We were charged a certain rate the first couple of times but the last time they charged more. I called to see why and the person I talked to said that it was because they charged us at the wrong rate. They never told us beforehand. We just got charged the “correct” rate after working on my German Shepherd. I find this unprofessional, at least let us know before the work is done on my dog. The work is so so but not worth the price. We’ll be going back to the previous groomer.

My experience at Woof Gang Spring was delightful. The groomer, O'shea, was so nice and he did a wonderful job with my little Max. I haven't seen Max look so handsome in a long time since some groomers do not know how to correctly groom Max's fur, he is a poodle.. Also I would like to add that the owner, Kal, was very informative, he helped me find the best dog food for my 13 yr old Max. I am definitely planning on coming back, I am so glad I found this place!!!

My dog Love's this place. She loves her groomer. They do such a great job with my dog.
