I’ve been going to Spring Nail & Spa for regular manicures and pedicures for years. They are great! I don’t understand the low ratings because they are very nice, they do a wonderful job, and they go above and beyond - even with the VERY fair price! I don’t get fake nails, but they do an amazing job with the regular mani/pedi, and they have super comfortable massage chairs. I have never been disappointed! They are always clean, and both the man and woman who work there are so kind! I could hardly believe that I’m able to get my fingernails and my toenails done for $25! I love the mini massage I get - my feet, calves, and when I go to the dryer for my polish, they always massage my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend this salon! I’ve moved to Athens and I still make the drive back to Madison for this. If you haven’t tried them, you really should!!

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. I find myself an easy person to please but this is definitely the WORST experience i ever had. I never review people but i had to this time. The pedicure is as extremely simple and as minimal as they come with low quality products.The place is not clean. And the customer service is shockingly rude! When i said to her politely that my feet dont feel soft and if she could just scrub a little more (she scrubed them for like 10 to 20 seconds each foot)...she replied " i did already, they're your feet not mine you need to take care of them"! And anything i asked i got sarcastic remarks too. Dont be tempted to go cuz of the low price... you'll be soooo sorry.

I don't like speaking poorly about anyone...but I felt obligated to let y'all know about my truly shocking and horrible experience ....it was first time here and I had just gotten there not even 5 minutes ....and she was Soo impatient ...her exact words were .... "If you don't know....we don't have time for you" and the reason I was unsure ....was because Everytime I picked a color she changed the price....overall the customer service was the worst I've ever had...becareful...y'all...very rude staff!! I wouldn't even rate them one star......👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
