We love it there. We go every two weeks and are very happy with the service. We love the people and are treated like family.

Extremely rude staff!!!! I cannot understand a simple thing how can one raise his voice on a customer. This was my 3rd visit and the kind of poor Service and bad behaviour I had to go through made me decide to never go here again. The front desk lady who calls herself the manager and the two Male staff who works there are beyond being rude! And on top of such bad experience he demanded me to give me tip!! Plus the acrylic nails come out in a week only they dont stay for 2 weeks as they say. If there was an option I will give them zero star, they dont deserve any star at all !!

I never get my nails done since I moved from where my spot was in New York. So I decided to go with my family and finally treat myself to do it again. When I got there I saw an ombré look I wanted and asked the lady the price and if they can do gel since acrylic destroyed my nails years ago. She said yes that it would 22$ ONLY...remember that. So I got my lady and we started. The lady I had was very rude and cut my cuticles so rough it almost bled. She put lotion on my arm but didn’t even massage my arm just wiped it that a glob fell off. When she started to do my nail the other lady came and said they can only do French tip AFTER the gel was applied. If I wanted the ombré it would 40$. She was trying to scam me thinking I would accept the design instead of the one I specifically asked for. I said no and she stated she never told me it would be 22$ and lied to my face. My husband even said that was a lie and refused to pay for something I didn’t ask for. She took off 2$ and said I still needed to pay. I was stern and only payed 15$ and no I didn’t tip anyone for how rude and so unprofessional I was treated. I work in retail and know how customer service works. I will NEVER get my nails done again. Thanks to this place 👍🏽

We will NEVER go back and we should have walked out after the RUDE behavior and horrible attitudes! We had 1 great experience by a lady named Theresa and then we decided to go back bc of her. Unfortunately, Theresa was not working and I had the uncomfortable experience dealing with a very rude & awkward woman who had a difficult time with communication skills and people skills. If you are a nail technician and you HATE your job, LEAVE or QUIT! I had SNS Dip Powder on my nails and they look absolutely awful. The color I picked was NOT the color she used , every nail is misshaped and instead of a shiny, glossy finsh..... they feel like sandpaper! I will not even go back to have these fixed. The staff rudely spoke to each other in ANGER bc I questioned her technique and they didn't like it, just bc people speak in another language, doesn't give them the excuse to talk about customers. Our money will be paid to the right people who are talented in their profession and classy enough to show kindness and respect to any and all customers who walk through their door. How DARE this place offend anyone and due to the other reviews I have recently read, I'm shocked they are still in business. I did notice that they are NEVER really that busy ,lol. There are other nail salons throughout Melbourne and I highly suggest anyone who reads this review to find one.

Terrible experience. I didn’t even finish the service because they kept glueing the tips on crooked. I mentioned it three times before I deceived to leave. I usually go here but the service standards have dropped so low... the last set I got started lifting after a few days. I only came because it was convienent in the mall. Spend your money else where ...
