The person doing my nails did an great job. They were well shaped and the gel color looks great. After 2 weeks, hasn't chipped or faded at all. The 3 stars however, are for the pedicure. The lady literally just let my feet soak for a few minutes, filed my toenails a bit, scrubbed my feet and polished my nails. I expected way more than that for $50. Definitely not getting a pedicure here again.

This was my second time going to this nail place. I got a full set on March 17th. A nail broke at almost just 2 weeks. I called the nail salon spoke to Helen she said that she will give a $5 discount on my next fill and to tell the nail tech to make my nails thicker. I ended up not making it Sunday to get my fill but since then 2 more nails snapped off. I will not be coming back. Its way more expensive but seems like they use cheaper product. I just took them all off what a waste of 50 bucks. I will be going to my regular nail shop that I always go to. Only reason why I came here is because my nail shop isn't open on Sundays.

I’ve been here a few times before and my last visit was amazing, but this time I’m not happy at all. Was charged for almond shaped nails, but I had to take the file and shape my nails myself because the tech just could not get them evenly shaped. They are still uneven, bumpy, not smooth and crooked because it was a sloppy job to begin with and every time I would sort of get them where I wanted them, the technician would go over the tips again flattening the point. It was a vicious circle.Then she complained that it was too much work, and started gossiping with the tech next to her in I’m assuming Vietnamese. Rude! The sides and underneath are jagged as well. The technician got upset because I kept asking her to fix them. My nails are thick as well and the polish does not cover the sides and is uneven. When I asked her to make sure the polish had full even coverage, she just slapped another layer of gel on which made it even thicker. She cut corners in the beginning, which cost her more time and frustration in the end. I don’t mind paying for great service and a good job, but $40 for a fill that I’m unhappy with is ridiculous. The owner/manager offered $10 on a gift card which is fine, but he asked what would make me happy and having my nails done correctly would make me happy. Not $10 given with an attitude after I spent 3 hours and $40 to be unhappy with the look. Just a tip, less experienced nail technicians should not charge as much as experienced technicians and it should be told upfront that that person is not as experienced. The only explanation that I got from management was that she is at a lower level over the girl that normally does my nails, which is fine but why charge the same amount of money for someone who isn’t as experienced and doesn’t do as good of a job? Again, I have no problem paying for a great service, but the price should match the quality. The manager also became frustrated after I seemed unimpressed with the gift card he offered. I didn’t want anything for free or a discount. I wanted what I normally get, the correct way, before I left. He told me the girl who normally does my nails will be back in a few days and I could come back then, and apply my $10 gift card to a new set.... what?! I usually love this place, the music, the beautiful decor and cleanliness and thought I finally found an all around awesome spot, but tonight I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

I will never go back to this nail salon! Horrible customer service. I specifically told the nail person doing my toes that I get in grown toe nails and the main reason I get my nails done is to get those taken care of and if she can do that she said yes. Then she goes to do them and would not do what I asked and the two people I had doing my hands and feet were clearly talking about me and rolling eyes made me feel completely uncomfortable. I then went on to tell her to stop doing my toes I’d go to my original nail place where they do what I need. It’s ridiculous that I had to go else where to get my toes done. Also I asked for an itemized for my hands and they could not give me that they charged me 34$ for a gel pedicure that to me is absurd. Your pretty much paying for the niceness.

Guys this is my favorite place to go I came from Leimert Park to get my pampering that only "Ivy" can give she does my pedicure manicure and eyebrows you must stop by when ever your in Moreno Valley I have been a customer for 2yrs now 😘
