Every single person that works here knows what they're doing. I've always had a great experience at Nail Pro from spa pedis to acrylics to gels to waxing!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!! I went this past Saturday (7/1/17) and I was helped by BINNY. I called to make an appointment and was told they would be ready for me in 15 minutes. Upon my arrival I sat in the lobby for an hour (my first mistake) for an appointment. Once they took me I asked for a specific type of acrylic. Binny told me that she did not like doing that type of nail and that I had to have her “specialty” nail. So, I trusted her and let her cut my nails the way she knew “best.” About half way through my manicure she used her nail file and sliced down my fingertip. After she saw that I was bleeding she said, “looks like your cuticles are too thin.” She than continued to file that area while I was bleeding all over the place. Not only did she hurt me but she contaminated her nail tools to which other people use. It took me asking her to stop over five times before I finally jerked my hand away.
My pedi-cure was mediocre and I was left in a more shorn condition than prior to my arrival. My toenails were cut to the quik and she would not allow to me have the back massager on while I was in the chair (one of the main reasons I chose a spa pedi-cure). Needless to say it was not worth the $30 I paid for the spa pedicure. I did not plan to tip (due to my miserable experience and injury) but when I went to pay she said, “no tip?” I was embarrassed and put on the spot so I reluctantly gave them $5 each.
Three days after I got my nails done my acrylics began to pop off and crack. Due to their jagged appearance I was forced to cut them short. I returned to the salon and asked for a refund for my acrylics. Binny looked at my nails and told me they look fine (after I had cut them short) and that she would not give me a refund. I told her what had happened and she said she would re-do them to which I responded that I did not want her serviced due to me bleeding all over her tools and the unsanitary conditions, that I just wanted my money back. She refused and told me that she would not speak with me because she had a client. I asked to speak with a manager and she said that she was the manager/owner and that she would speak with me after closing and that I would have to wait two hours until the store closed. After telling her that I was unable to wait two hours to speak with her she then told me that she would not refund my money because I cut my nails and that if I wanted a refund that I should have left them jagged and she walked away. I told her the cut she inflicted on me gave me an infection and she did not care. I asked her where the “no refund” sign was located and she would not give me an answer (there isn’t one).
I again asked to speak with her and she turned around with her back toward me, sat down and ignored me. I attempted to get her attention but she refused to even acknowledge my presence. I stood there for an additional few minutes however she refused to turn around.
I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT due to the cut I received to my hand which has become infected and I have had to seek medical attention. The doctor said that I had contracted an infection due to the unsterile conditions (fingernails lined the floors and I did not see them sanitize the foot spas between clients). PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON I HAVE BEEN CUT WITH THEIR TOOLS WHICH CAUSED AN INFECTION. I paid $70 to this salon and it resulted in horrible nails and an infection.
