Went to go get my eyesbrows waxed, she completely ruined them, made them way too thin and barely can understand English! All she know how to do is take that money from your hand. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone from a personal experience.

Absolutely disgusted by the level of hygiene or lack there of. The male technician’s nails were long broken and very dirty. He kept wiping his runny nose and not washing his hands. Then proceeded to give someone a manicure and the person refused then left. Sadly they saw nothing wrong with this so I also left.

Tina the owner has been my nail tech for over 5 year's. She recently took ownership of this salon. The store is very clean and it is a very nice environment. In the 5 years of being a customer, my nails are always consistently beautiful. Trust me when I say that its hard to find a great nail place. I'm always pleased with the quality of service and products. If your looking for a great pedicure, this is the place to come. Also great waxing services available too. It's very nice to have all these services in one place.

Awful place. Horrible service. My nails have never looked so bad. Asked for a refund and they refused. I will be filling a complaint with the bbb.

Went in for a full set of acrylic nails this morning 8/17. I have a job interview this afternoon and now my nails will look nice and pretty! The woman who did my nails (I believe the owner) was very friendly and talked with me the whole time. My nails look beautiful and they were affordable. She also wished me luck on my interview and gave me a nice gel topcoat for free! I will be back because of the quality of service and friendly environment! :)
UPDATE: Went in for a fill 8/27 due to lots of lifting and the loss of two nails that needed to be repaired. She offered me a solar fill which I decided to try. After I got the two nails replaced, they were noticeably pinker than the others. I had a French set with white tips. I don't know anybody who would be okay with having their nails look this way. When I asked her to fix them she became very irritated and was shaking her head at me. I told her if she would have told me the powder was a different color then I wouldn't have agreed to it. Poor customer service will not get you far in this business. I did have a pedicure and it looked great. It's just inconsistent here, there are better salons.
