I've been here a total of 4 times. Every time I've wanted to come here I've called ahead to see if they could take an appointment for me (which they never do) and they tell me to just walk in at a certain time. The first time was okay. Friendly and I was accepted as a walk in. Which was nice. This first set of powder nails were done okay. They were a bit chunky but overall decent. I don't like not being able to pay with my debit card. When I went to pay with card she asked if I could withdraw cash at the atm of the establishment next door and she gave me $2 for the atm fee. It was odd to say the least. Okay so I dismissed any and all negative feelings about this place. Because its literally across the street from where I live. The second time I call beforehand to make sure I'm not interrupting their scheduled appointments..again I'm told to just walk in. When I do show up all the techs are busy and everyone is surprised I'm there. I wait patiently for the next available tech. Never knowing any of their names because they dont bother setting appointments for new clients. When a tech finally frees up she asks me what I want, I want to touch up my powder nails. New color and shape. And she starts asking if I'm sure this is what I want. Because in her opinion it wasn't a good idea. I reassured her it's what I want. And she began filing down my pre existing powder nails. Now I'm not sure if this is how the process goes but it HURT. It felt like she was burning my nails off. She kept stopping and asking if I'm okay and kept warning me that the heat is to be expected. We finally get down to a thin layer and she begins the process of adding the new powder coats on my nails. She asked me to take a look to make sure I like them. Upon inspection i noticed that was corners on the nails where the powder did fill in properly. When I mention this she does absolutely little to nothing to try to get full coverage, leading to uneven edges on my nails. Next we move on the more filling, grinding and shaping. Here she ends up cutting my left ring finger and it is the open and bleeding throughout the rest of the process. Not to mention the really bad sting when she got the final powder coat nail polish in the cut. I wanted matte black stiletto nails. They were pretty uneven and crooked and chunky. And I had a cut finger. $60 is what I paid for that. Now here we are today, I called ahead of time as always, because I just want these nails off. They said come in at 1 despite me trying to make an appointment. I ran 4 mins late because I stopped at my bank to withdraw cash knowing they wont take my card. And when i arrive she said I'm too late. And then basically turned her back on me. When i asked if i can make an appointment or come back later, she just tells me to come back at 245. I left. Dont plan on ever coming back. So many chances and every time got let down. It's not worth the time, money, or energy to come here. I do not recommend.

The ladies are very happy and friendly. They did an excellent job. I got a full set and a pedi and my friend got a mani pedi. We're going to go back

Ive been here a couple times and everyone seems very nice. Quiet calm atmosphere and they did my gel nails nicely. I like a new design or color each time and they've been great with whatever I've wanted. Would recommend!

The people that work there are the definition of customer service they took care of me and my friends and we all absolutely loved what we got the deluxe pedicures is all I need there they do it all I feel like I have new feet everytime I go there
