These people are ridiculous . My . mom and I had came in because 1.I had to fix one of my nails and 2.my mom needed to get her nails done. So once my mom told them that I needed two fix that one nail they were laughing and saying "one nail" laughing . Then the service is so unprofessional that the first time I got my nail fixed it was smudged. I had to dry my nail about like four times to make it look good . They are very rude and unprofessional.

I have been this location several times with great service for pedicure, eyebrow and nail service (regular manicures and acrylic tips). I am deeply upset with my most recent experience. I went in to get a manicure and during the soaking process I told her the water was to hot so she put her finger it and said no it's not and put my hands back in the water. I dealt with the water and sadly regret not saying something then. The sales tech refused to file my nails because they were to short. I let her know that I've come numerous times before and they always file but if she can't do it I will. When I began to file them myself she laughed in my face. She then took the nail filer from me and began to file one hand herself and then said done. I asked her to please do the other hand and she refused. She then got the attention of two workers to show that my nails are to short to file, some things were said in a foreign language which I didn't understand. I let her know since she wouldn't be able to file them that I would just leave. She told me to pay full price for the manicure I didn't receive. I reminded her she did not file or buff my nails, laughed in my face and spoke about me to her co workers. Two other customers had to get involved to defend what I was saying. I tried explaining to the sales tech that she was being rude and inconsiderate laughing in my face and talking about me to other co workers. The sales tech had a major attitude slamming her draw, making faces, and constantly reminding me I have to pay $7.00. I was in the service industry for over 10 years as a waitress and I have never experienced such a distasteful attitude. I ended up paying $4.00 and left. I have never written a negative review of a company before but my experience was so horrible that I felt it necessary. I am also filing a complaint with the consumer affairs bureau of Nassau county.
