My less favorite salon. They speak their own native language which is
rude. Very, very rude. Performance and professionalism , poor. Pedicures
chip after a few days, from using cheap polish. Unable to tip on credit
Cards!!!! Very blatant, and obvious when they speak about their
customers, despite using their own language. Next time, go in with a
Tape recorder. They don't clean their instruments in between, or sterilize
their
Equipment in between customers.
Pedicure bowls in between their patrons.

Stay away! Simply terrible business practices and unskilled nail techs (Tiffany!). I suppose if you want a regular polish, that's hard to mess up. But, had my nails done late October with OPI gel. Was put on so thick 1) it looked like acrylic nails 2) it didn't cure and 3) started peeling off in slabs within 48 hours. OK, everyone's had a bad nail job, that was not really the issues. It was how this so-called businessman handled it. From the outset of my call first thing Monday, the owner Tommy gave me such a hard time about making good on a $35 gel manicure (I provided pictures). LONG story short, he agreed to re-do my nails when I returned in November only after I threatened a Yelp review. Well, let's just say that didn't go well. He was so incredibly rude, arrogant, obnoxious (like telling me I had to do the same color or he would charge me $10 even though I had bare nails). Finally, after him relentlessly calling me names, being rough and shoddy on buffing my nails while telling me "you so nasty" (who wouldn't be getting made after all of that provocation?), I told him I was done, got up and left. I may have dropped a bottle of nail polish, but never did I expect that he (the owner of the the shop!) chase me out and start repeatedly KICKING MY CAR car and THROWING ROCKS at it while I was trying to drive away. What an absolute jerk!!! He was so very lucky the South Bethany Police Department was closed that day. Stay away from this shop! I know he just doesn't care--he's got a captive summer audience--but I am spreading the word as I told him I would about his poor quality work. Adding to that his violent, rude and unprofessional behavior.
