I will not be going back. I used to love going here for a pedicure. The guy that did mine today was rough. Didn't shape my toe nail very well. Over all he was not friendly and seemed like he did want to give a pedicure.

I have been coming to KC nails for years. I love Thy (‘T’) and have gotten to know her and her husband over the years. I like to hear how her son and daughter are doing during my appointments. It has always felt like a family run business.
Thy knows exactly how I like my nails and has always made them look so good.
Recently, it appears that she and her husband have decided to work less and have brought in a crew from California. They are nice enough people but it just doesn’t feel the same. I will give Kevin another chance and explain more what I like. If we can’t make this work, and if Thy doesn’t come back to do nails, I may consider a new salon. Thy is great! Her husband is very nice! They will be missed.
UPDATE: Kevin listened and did my nails just the way I like ‘em. Still miss Thy—hope I will see her again soon. Ran into her husband at most recent visit, kind and pleasant as always 👍🏻
Update: 05 August 2019...yep, done. Downgraded from a 5 star rating to 1. Since Thy and Hua left, it’s just not the same. The male staff are not very pleasant. They don’t seem to care about doing a good job or giving you what you want (even if not what they want.). I’m looking for a new salon.

Great service, very nice, and well done. My pedicurist was very friendly and spent a long time massaging my legs/feet. It was phenomenal.

I have been going now for about a year and always had a decent experience. I go feel that T and the staff can be rude at times. I went in yesterday and none of the regular staff was there. I believe they are under new owners and I will not go back.

too many good posts here are from employees.
used to be a nice place but now the men that work there are not good, rude, dont care, answer phone in the middle of your service, get mad if you request a female, its nuts. theyve gone way down hill since the nice husband and wife left that woeked there and ran it back in 2009-2010...
they left and the guys took over and ruined it
