On July 13 between 6pm and 7 pm went to get pedi/mani. My water was too hot , I did not get my white and green tea scrub. The guy used some purple scrub in one leg and lotion on the other. But the nasty thing g he did was put the dead skin in my spa water and rinsed my fit with it!! Super Nasty. All other customers was blue mine was purple. The guy was annoying with the excessive massage. I am going to report them to the cosmetology board and health inspector. Don’t go there... there are better places. They need better nail techs.

Complete chaos! I signed in and was asked 4 different times what I needed done. Someone went ahead of me for a pedicure and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they said I had to have a that did both refills and pedicures. He set the timer and spent more time fake rubbing my legs and watching the timer than doing my feet. I asked for calus remover and he literally let it stay on for 1 minute. Everyone looks like they are working in a sweat spot and hate their lives.

I wish I could give zero stars. The salon was not welcoming at all. Nobody greats you when you walk in. Nobody smiles.
When I got in the chair, the man was very rude. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and made it very clear about the length. He acted as if he understood and knew what he was doing because he said he did this type of nail often. When he began cutting the nail, I pulled out the picture again and told him this was not the same length. So his way of correcting it was adding length to not ten, but ONE nail. He saw that I was very upset, and told me it was my fault.. how if I show a picture and tell you exactly what I want.
I just went three days ago and my nails are chipping. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and the apperence of the salon.

I came in for a full gel set and lady did an ok job probably hurt the worst from any full set I’ve ever gotten done before she ended up making nails shorter than I wanted. Some nails were uneven and some were noticibly crooked. Can’t say anything about their pedicures I didn’t get one. Still left a tip out of generosity but wouldn’t come back. Also not worth the price. Left dissapointed.

Great customer service! Staff takes time with customers and tends to individual needs. I am a nurse and my manicures do not always last as long. Their gel manicure will last me close to 3 weeks!
