I do not care for justification of it - there is NO reason after three hours multiple nails should have chipped if they were done correctly. Especially when I do nothing with my hands. I don’t wash dishes. I don’t utilize my hands for any sort of labor - I work from a computer all day and was off work during this time. It was just a poor job on my nails and that’s the unfortunate matter of it. Why would I let you fix my nails that should not have chipped in the first place. If the quality on a service I already paid for was bad, I’m not returning to waste my time and have it happen again. For your repeat customers that’s great for them but this wasn’t my experience. Reviews are for people to share their experience with your business. We are all human, but I didn’t pay for or disrespect your humanity. I reviewed the SERVICE, which was not of good quality. Thank you, but no thank you.

I have been in search of a good nail salon for both a pedicure and gel acrylics since I came to Dallas in December — suffice to say, after visiting this salon I’m still in search.
My pedicure was amazing. Quality was great, attention to detail and cleanliness were wonderful. No issues with the pedicure whatsoever. The two stars are for that and that only, because otherwise I’d give zero.
The issue comes in with my nails. I got short, square gel acrylics. The shape was perfect and everything was fine while the lady was doing my nails. However, I paid $20 extra for gel and my nails chipped the SAME day. I got my nails done on Saturday (at 3pm) since I was going out with my partner for Fathers Day the next day. I kid you not, by 6pm three of my nails were awfully chipped and it just looked awful. But because I had plans and did not anticipate that, I didn’t have time to go back and have them fixed right away. And truly, am not sure if I would want to. I spent $130 in total and feel cheated because the quality of my nails was so bad. I’ve had my nails done other places where the gel didn’t chip for a month. I’m just very disappointed. I might go back for a pedicure but this salon will not touch my hands again.

My dipping nails and pedicure color are lasting a long time than over 3 weeks with my busy schedule. I tried many other nail salons around but Trendy Nail is best. They have many choices of colors. I Love the long massage on my legs and feet. I’ll be back soon. Thank you Thu. Highly recommend to all my family and friends!

I was a walk-in and the young lady helped me because my nails were cracked in the body of my nail, she didn't excellent job on my nails her name started with an L maybe Lana she was very good at what she did, they do all different kinds of beauty. They put on permanent eyebrows and they do eyelashes Plus manicures and pedicures
