The lady who did my hair (Lori), did not talk to me the whole time. My hair was supposed to have highlights and I walked out with grey. And my hair has 2 different haircuts. One side was layered and the other side was an A line lob. She hid the cut by curling my hair so I could not tell that it was 2 different looks and lengths. I asked for just 1 1/2 inches off lob. And I get 5 inches 2 different haircuts and now as I am in tears I have to find someone else to fix it which means having to get it cut shorter and spend more money to fix her mistake. Worse experience of my life! I cry every time I think about it.

My hair turned out orange and my daughter hair supposed to be purple and it is a smokey blue.I was out 200 hundred I will never go back.

Asked for a certain color and style and ended up with red hair/orange hair and the cut choppy and very uneven.. Lesson learned never cheat on your hair stylist!!!! I’d put a 0 if I could!
